These terms set out how you can use the Prescripta Pharmacy website and the basis on which we supply products and services to you.
1. About us
Prescripta Pharmacy is operated by Afify Healthcare Ltd. We are a GPhC-registered pharmacy (premises number 9013139) and our superintendent pharmacist is Mohamed Amr Elsayed Afify (registration number 2234860).
2. Using the website
You must be 18 or over to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details secure. Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
3. Prescription services
All prescriptions are dispensed by our registered pharmacy team in line with NHS and GPhC standards. We may refuse to dispense a medicine if it is not safe or appropriate. Orders are subject to clinical review.
4. Products and pricing
Prices shown include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
5. Liability
We provide pharmacy services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses caused by your misuse of the site or failure to follow medical advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
