We collect the information needed to provide safe pharmacy services, including your name, contact details, delivery address, NHS number, GP details, medication history, consultation answers and payment information. This website itself is information-only: it has no accounts, no forms and no analytics, and collects no personal data from you. That information is collected on our secure pharmacy platform when you register, order or book a consultation.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to dispense prescriptions, arrange delivery, manage consultations, verify eligibility, and comply with NHS and pharmacy regulations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Sharing your information
We share information only when necessary: with your GP, NHS systems, delivery partners, payment processors and regulators. All sharing is governed by confidentiality agreements and UK data protection law.
